EXPO 2027 D.O.O. BELGRADE (STARI GRAD), company identification number: 21973220, tax identification number: 114113854, with its registered seat at 6 Bulevar Vojvode Bojovića, Belgrade – Stari grad (the “Company”), as the organiser of the international Specialised exhibition EXPO 2027 BELGRADE (the “Exhibition”), hereby publishes the:

INVITATION FOR PARTNERS FOR THE SPECIALIZED EXHIBITION EXPO 2027 BELGRADE by which it invites all entities that are interested in becoming partners of the Exhibition, to take part in the procedure for the selection of partners.

We hereby inform you that the partner categories with preliminary benefits are provided below this invitation.

If you are interested in becoming a partner of the Exhibition, we invite you to send us a letter of intent that includes:
(i) partner category for which you are interested;
(ii) the proposal of the value and type of partnership (monetary and/or non-monetary partnership);
(iii) reasons for which you want to become a partner of the Exhibition and the circumstances that may be relevant for the decision on the selection of the partner (e.g., prior experience with sponsoring international or domestic events).

In addition, together with the letter of intent, you are required to send us a duly filled out and executed statement confirming that there are no grounds for the exclusion of the potential partner from the procedure, as provided here.

Both the letter of intent and the statement should be sent electronically to the following email address: komercijalizacija@expobelgrade2027.org, or via mail or courier service to the address: Kneza Miloša 20, 11000 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.

The letter of intent can be prepared in Serbian or English language.

For the selection of partners, the Company shall use the criteria that can particularly include the value of the partnership and the quality of the partnership program, compatibility of potential partner's values and objectives with the Exhibition, prevention of excessive commercialization of the Exhibition, financial stability and potential of the partner, and social contributions of the partner.

This invitation shall not constitute a public call within the meaning of the Law on Public Procurement or the Regulation on the Rules of Procedure for the Procurement of Goods, Services, or Works Required for the Realization of the International Specialized Exhibition EXPO BELGRADE 2027.
