Connecting Businesses with Global Partners

International participants of EXPO 2027 are preparing their pavilions and programmes, and for this they need suppliers and associates who know our market — transport and logistics, accounting services, catering, IT support, pavilion interior fit-out and many other services.

That is why we are launching a business platform intended for all business entities from the Republic of Serbia. On it, domestic entrepreneurs and companies will be able to present their products, services and capacities, while international participants will have access to the platform and will be able to contact registered companies whose offer matches their needs.

We are launching the platform in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, which understands the needs and capacities of the domestic economy and has experience in connecting our companies with international partners.

Who it is
Intended for

The portal is intended for all business entities from Serbia — regardless of their size. The invitation is addressed both to large companies and to small firms from a range of service activities: accounting, translation, design, IT support, transport, catering, technical support and more.

Proximity to the Expo site is not the only thing that matters — the needs of international teams also cover their day-to-day stay in Serbia (accommodation, hospitality, transport and numerous local services), so the invitation applies to businesses across the whole of Serbia.

Why Apply Now

Business decisions are made long before the exhibition opens. A larger number of delegations is expected to arrive as early as the end of 2026 — their teams will be preparing their presentations here, organising their work and choosing associates from December 2026 onwards, when the fit-out of the pavilions begins.

When a company presents what it can do in good time, the partner has more room to get to know it and to consider working together.

Registration is carried out via the official EXPO 2027 website.
The procedure includes:

Company Details

Enter your business name, date of establishment, tax identification number (PIB), company registration number, business description, contact details, and create a user account.

Confirmation

Confirm your details and continue registration.

Review

Your application is reviewed by the administrator.

How to prepare a good profile

Please note: Registering on the platform does not guarantee business — it provides visibility and a first point of contact with potential partners. What happens next depends on your offer, the partner’s needs and the agreement on the terms of cooperation.

    Start from the problem you solve for the client — clearly describe your offer and the area in which you operate.

    Attach relevant references and, if possible, a link to your company website.

    Good-quality product photographs or a short portfolio help make your offer easier to understand.

    A concise presentation in English is also useful for conversations with international partners.

    Present your capacities realistically, so that any agreement reached can actually be fulfilled.
