The Generation That Will See the Future Live
Previous generations of students mostly learned about major international events from textbooks. Today’s generation, however, will have the unique opportunity to experience such an event first-hand, witness it live, and learn directly on site. During school visits to Expo 2027 Belgrade, students from across Serbia will be able to explore the technologies, ideas, and professions that will shape the world in which they live - and in which they will soon begin their professional lives.
The visits will take place from 17 May to 25 June 2027 as part of the official educational programme for the 2026/2027 academic year. Through interactive pavilions, workshops, and educational programmes tailored to different age groups, students will have the opportunity to discover innovations, contemporary professions, and the ways in which science, art, sport, and technology are already being applied in everyday life and modern industries. For many, it will be their first encounter with experiences and content they have previously only seen on screens, online, or in school textbooks.
