Framework Agreement Awarded for the Design, Production and Delivery of Uniforms for Employees and Volunteers

EXPO 2027 d.o.o. Belgrade has awarded a framework agreement for the design, production and delivery of uniforms for employees and volunteers for Specialised Expo 2027 Belgrade to a group of bidders comprising LUSS TEXTILE DOO DRAGANIĆI and MODNI ATELJE BILJANA TIPSAREVIĆ d.o.o. BEOGRAD-SAVSKI VENAC. The framework agreement is valued at RSD 367,989,600 excluding VAT and represents the estimated maximum value of potential services, while individual payments will be made in accordance with the contracting authority’s needs. The procurement covers the design, production and delivery of a total of 209,141 items, of which 200,666 are intended for volunteers, 2,800 for employees and 5,675 for other staff. The uniforms will be produced in line with the approved concept design for the “PLAYMAKERS” collection and the visual identity of Expo 2027 Belgrade, featuring motifs inspired by the Pirot kilim, the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers, and the theme “Play for Humanity”.

“The uniforms will be one of the most visible elements of Expo 2027, as over the 93 days of the exhibition they will be worn by people who will be in daily contact with visitors from Serbia and around the world. It is particularly important to us that the collection will also present motifs recognisable as Serbian and Belgrade symbols through contemporary design,” said Danilo Jerinić, Director of EXPO 2027 d.o.o. Belgrade. The volunteer line includes T-shirts, polo shirts, trousers, hooded sweatshirts, dresses, scarves and bandanas, windbreakers, caps and backpacks, while various garments have been envisaged for employees and other staff, including polo shirts, windbreakers, blazers, shirts, business trousers and skirts, business suits and dresses. Specialised Expo 2027 Belgrade will be held from 15 May to 15 August 2027, with 143 international participants, while more than four million visits are expected over 93 days.
