Iran Holds Specialized Training Workshops for Expo 2027 Belgrade Participation
The Executive Committee for the Islamic Republic of Iran’s participation in Expo 2027 Belgrade organized a series of specialized training and thematic workshops during May 2026 at the Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds.
The workshops were held pursuant to a decision by Mr. Sodaif Beikzadeh, Section Commissioner of the Islamic Republic of Iran for Expo 2027 Belgrade, with the objective of enhancing the professional preparedness and updating the knowledge of selected members of the organizing team of Iran’s Pavilion for the upcoming international event.
Conducted in five separate sessions on different dates, the workshops addressed a broad range of subjects related to Iran’s participation in Expo 2027 Belgrade. Topics included an introduction to Expo Belgrade and its main and sub-themes; customs procedures, logistics, transportation, and insurance regulations; HSEE requirements; pavilion design, engineering, technical, and construction matters; as well as regulations governing the organization of national and thematic events at the Expo.
The sessions also covered promotional and public information activities aimed at raising awareness about Expo 2027 Belgrade and presenting the framework of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s participation in the event.
Nearly one hundred personnel from various specialized and professional departments of the organization responsible for coordinating Iran’s participation in Expo Belgrade took part in the workshops and benefited from the experience of senior experts involved in the organization of participation in World Expos. Participants were also briefed on the latest guidelines and instructions issued by the organizers of Expo 2027 Belgrade.
The planning and implementation of specialized events related to the introduction of Expo 2027 Belgrade and the framework of Iran’s participation in the event remain among the priorities of the Executive Committee for Iran’s Participation in Expo 2027 Belgrade.
