Public Procurement Successfully Completed for the Engagement of Artists and Performers for Expo 2027

EXPO 2027 d.o.o. Belgrade has successfully completed the public procurement procedure for artist and performer engagement services as part of the programme for Expo 2027 Belgrade. A framework agreement has been concluded with SKYEVENTS DOO BEOGRAD.

The framework agreement has been awarded with a maximum estimated value of RSD 1,240,000,000 excluding VAT, equivalent to RSD 1,488,000,000 including VAT.

The value of the framework agreement represents the estimated maximum value of potential services, while individual payments will be made pursuant to specific contracts concluded in accordance with the Client’s operational requirements.

The procurement covers artist and performer engagement services required for the delivery of 63 concerts and a wide range of programme activities during Expo 2027 Belgrade. This includes the engagement of internationally and regionally recognised performers with significant market presence, as well as a variety of artistic, stage and entertainment programmes throughout the duration of the Exhibition.

SKYEVENTS DOO BEOGRAD will be responsible for production-related costs, the provision of all technical and production requirements, the administrative and financial management of artist engagements, as well as accommodation and transportation logistics for performers, and accompanying personnel.

The procurement procedure was conducted through a public call published on the Public Procurement Portal and in accordance with the Regulation on the Procurement Procedure Rules for Goods, Services and Works Required for the Organisation of the International Specialised Exhibition Expo 2027 Belgrade.

Expo 2027 Belgrade, held under the theme “Play for Humanity: Sport and Music for All”, will take place in Belgrade from 15 May to 15 August 2027.
