Tender Launched for the Construction and Maintenance of Exhibition Pavilions

EXPO 2027 d.o.o. Belgrade has launched a procurement procedure for the design and construction of collective pavilions, as well as their operational management and maintenance throughout the duration of the Specialised Expo 2027 Belgrade.

The procurement covers all stages of the delivery of the collective pavilions, from design, construction and fit-out to operational management, maintenance, and dismantling following the conclusion of the Exhibition.

The collective pavilions are intended for participating countries that will present their exhibitions within shared facilities organised around regional and thematic clusters. The total number of eight collective pavilion clusters and thirteen individual pavilions are planned, providing exhibition space for a large number of international participants from different parts of the world.

“By launching this procurement procedure, we are continuing the intensive preparations for Expo 2027 Belgrade. Our objective is to provide high-quality and functional spaces that will enable participating countries to showcase their culture, innovation and development potential in the best possible way,” said Danilo Jerinić, Director of EXPO 2027 d.o.o. Belgrade.

The deadline for the submission of bids is 3 July 2026. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender, taking into account price, the bidder’s experience, implementation methodology, and the quality of the proposed conceptual design solution.

Following the deadline for the submission of bids, the professional evaluation committees of EXPO 2027 will assess all received tenders and adopt a decision on the award of the contract.

The Specialised Exhibition Expo 2027 Belgrade, under the theme “Play for Humanity: Sport and Music for All”, will take place in Belgrade from 15 May to 15 August 2027.
